Basketball Tournament
ATHLETIC SEASON 2 TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES
30-team tournament: 5 brackets
June 25 - Sept 4, 2016, every Saturdays and Sundays, between 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Team:
- Each team can have a maximum of 15 players plus 1 reserved in their line-up. Only 15 players can played every game.
- Players must always be in complete uniform or at least his team jerseys can play the game.
- There will be 30 participating teams composed of bracket A, B, C, D, E
Eliminations (75 Games):
- Single round-robin; each team will play against all of its seven (6) opponents in their respective bracket once in the elimination round. Preferred slots will be selected upon payment on a first pay first serve basis.
Quarter-Finals (5 Games):
- Top 2 teams of each bracket (Do or Die match)
Semi-Finals (4 Games):
- 5 Team Seeded. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th slot will identify via Draw.
- 1st slot will automatically consider as BYE.
- Semi-Final 1: 4th vs 5th
- Semi-Final 2: 2nd vs 3rd
- Semi Final 3: 1st vs winner from Semi-Final 1
- Semi Final 4: winner of Semi-Final 2 vs winner of Semi-Final 3
Finals (3 Game):
- Top 2 teams battle for championships winners on semi-final round
- Best of three
Makati Coliseum, Mascardo Street, Makati City
1. No current/former professional, semi-professional, high school varsity players, and collegiate basketball players (Team B included)
2. No players above 6' 1" height using The City League's measuring process. All players of each team must be participate during screening date; player failed to attend screening date automatically not qualified.
3. The committee has the right to allow/deny certain players, especially if a player is above the height limit, and/or overqualified for the tournament's level of competition even if the tournament is ongoing.
